I have an EtherExpress PRO/100 82558 which works fine for me.

I compiled my own gnumach for this and Tekram D-390F UW SCSI.

I am set up to build mach kernels right now and will make you a binary
with the following configure line:

../configure --host=i386-pc-gnu --enable-floppy --enable-ide --enable-eexpresspro100

I'll send it to you via email. ( That will be five cents for the electricity please :-)

Maybe it will work for you.
