X11 Configuration

Thank you very much the reply. X is great on Hurd. It works like a treat.
I have one last problem though. My mouse, which is a Compaq PS/2 mouse, is
very sluggish and very imprecise. If I want to activate a window, I need to
click on the window and then move the mouse for the window to get activate.
It is the same for the copy-paste feature.
I have set up the mouse translator the way Markus described in his posting:
settrans /dev/mouse /hurd/mouse --protocol=ps/2

Has anybody any idea why my mouse is acting funny like that?
