e2fsprogs

Philip, Marcus:

I just uploaded the lastest e2fsprogs to incoming.  It appears to fix
the detection.  I also uploaded dpkg *.11.  Marcus, can you please
check to see if it includes the fixes you felt were important?

This may help remove some local hacks you had to do, and then I think
we're good for a new CD set after this install run.
