Hrmm.. ABI compatible pthreads. I haven't gone through and compared
linuxthreads to the spec. I know it used to be almost-compliant.
We also need to change to using libio in glibc, which requires a whole
bunch of work in the exec server. I don't know the difficulty level
of this change.
