> Might the problem be that ftpfs does not especially much like wu-ftpd? The ftpfs filesystem server uses the libftpconn library to do the FTP protocol. The ftpcp and ftpdir commands (source in hurd/utils/) use this library too. You can experiment with those and debug any problems in libftpconn that way.
