To view .ps (PostScript) files under Win32, use GhostScript,
available from <http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/aladdin/get601.html>.
It's a ~5 MB file.
For .tex (TeX or LaTeX) files, use MiKTeX, available from
<http://www.miktex.org/getting.html>. It's a ~21 MB file.
Both of these programs are free software.
