I had to place inofficial symlinks to the X libraries into /lib, too: /lib/libX11.so.6 -> /X11R6/lib/libX11.so.6 etc. Without that you will need to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH. But this variable is ignored in setuid applications, making xterm and rxvt useless. The other workaround is to remove the suid bit from these binaries. -- Robbe
