Updated Hurd Hardware Compatibility Guide Available

I have incorporated the corrections from Okuji and Marcus to my
draft of a Hurd hardware compatibility guide.  The new versions have
been uploaded to the same place as the old:

BTW: Switching from the @ifinfo to @ifnottex usage caused texi2html to
