There is, there is!!

It's only stuck in incoming (because it is a new package and needs to
processed manually). I will copy it over to alpha.gnu.org/gnu/hurd/debian.

Hehe :) There is also gnumach-lean on alpha for simple IDE systems, but it
is not updated regularly.
