binary-hurd-i386 exists! (was: Re: Hurd Build Issues)

There is already a binary-hurd-i386 directory in master, in the new "sid"
distribution (the new codename for distributions which have not been
released yet for the first time).

[ I don't know whether dinstall will accept .deb packages for the Hurd
  or not, however, but I assume it is likely that it does already ].
