boot 9000/800/L3000-6x failure after successful installation

I have booted 9000/800/L3000-6x from 3.1-r6a CD.
In the partition step, I seleced /dev/sdb to install the system on
and created 3 partitions:
/boot pa     100MB            boot flag on
swap          1GB
/       ext3   10GB

No error appears during the installation.
But when I boot from BOOT_ADMIN, I met a IPL-missing problem.

IPL error: bad IPL checksum
Error reading IPLonitoring daemon.

The PRI bootpath is 0/0/1/1.2.0
ALT: 0/0/2/0.2.0

Any advice will be helpful? Thank you.
