Question regarding the buildd

I submitted a bug report regarding libao2
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=145785&repeatmerged=yes
which was (supposedly!) fixed.

Today I used "apt-get update" && "apt-get dist-upgrade", but the new
libao2 wasn't there.

According to the bug report page:

Format: 1.7
Date: Fri, 19 Jul 2002 09:00:00 -0500
Source: libao
Binary: libao-dev libao2

Is that delay normal?
