Hi,

Your package needs a source-only upload in order to be able to migrate to testing:

∙ ∙ Not built on buildd: arch amd64 binaries uploaded by oliva
∙ ∙ Not built on buildd: arch all binaries uploaded by oliva, a new source-only upload is needed to allow migration

Since it has arch:all packages, we can't just binNMU it, an upload is required.
