Hi Afif,
I don't really have time to maintain the package but I still interested
in getting the package back into Stable/Testing.
I've managed to rebuild on my own singularity package for 3.7
It's working but I guess it needs some more works to fit Debian policy
Hope it will helpfull for packaging singularity
If you need help do not hesitate to notify me
I'll do my best to work on this
