Singularity on Debian 11 stable?

Hello team!

I'm so grateful there that this group maintains HPC software for Debian - thank you!

I see that singularity-container is only available on debian unstable. Are there plans to merge it into debian stable, e.g., for the bullseye release? I would find that very useful because my servers run stable.

I see that it's available in stable via the NeuroDebian third party, but the version of singularity is quite old (2.6.1).
