during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
It installed fine in 'wheezy', then the upgrade to 'jessie' fails
because it tries to overwrite other packages files without declaring a
Breaks+Replaces relation.

This should be fixable by adding
  Breaks+Replaces: slurm-llnl-slurmdbd (<< 14.03.9-5)
(The existing B+R: slurmdbd (<< 14.03.9-5) is probably incorrect and was
intended to do this, but better keep it in place ...)

Please note that the window for the final jessie point release closes
this weekend ...
