As Mehdi mentioned, 40-psm.rules is no more necessary, since the
hfi1 module sets the dev permissions correctly already.
Concerning 40-psm-compat.rules, I just added a linitian override to fix
this. IMO appstream metadata is not useful in a HPC cluster. If
people disagree, this can be fixed later as well.
I've also fixed a couple of other minor things and pushed them, please
pull. Once you have implemented the alternatives stuff, I can upload.
