sid uninstallble package

In attempt to upgrade stack to 1.0.0, I discovered deep in
deptree following issue:

	(sid-amd64)root@sagulo:/# apt-get install libghc-asn1-types-dev
	[...]
	The following packages have unmet dependencies:
	 libghc-asn1-types-dev : Depends: libghc-memory-dev-0.7-aa5d2 but it is not installable

	(sid-amd64)root@sagulo:/# apt-cache show libghc-memory-dev/sid
	[...]
	Provides: libghc-memory-dev-0.10-51efd
	[...]

I look at packages, and there is only 0.7 version there. Where 0.10 comes from?
