in order to see ghc in testing I see some blockers:
- #783891 (is that fixed in the -4 upload?)
- broken Build-Depends:
this one seems that should be updated, in order to decruft ghc
(I think I can help if needed, just I don't know this testsuite where does come from)

Once we have 7.8.4 in testing, I want to look into the practicability of
uploading our haskell packages (yes, all of them) to
wheezy-backports-sloppy and to jessie-backports, to make it easier to
deploy Haskell apps on stable. But for that, the files mentioned above
need to be empty.
