Shouldn’t there be a stylish-haskell package containing the actual
program?

Also, is the library useful? Are there any reverse dependencies on it?

http://hackage.haskell.org/package/stylish-haskell-0.5.11.0/docs/Language-Haskell-Stylish.html has zero documentation. This makes me believe that the library is not meant for public consumption.

Just because one is define in a .cabal file does not mean that we ought
to package it.
