Hi, in case you are waiting for the libraries stuck in NEW to pass through before uploading libraries – that is not required. There are a few libraries that only need transformers or mtl, you can build them directly. And even when you want to build other libraries: Just build the packages that are in NEW locally, build your library against that and upload. The result should be just fine, and if it turns out that the ABI hashes are different, then a binNMU can fix that. The longer we wait until we get all libraries updated, the longer Haskell is uninstallable for our users.
