libghc6-glade-dev uninstallable in Sid

Greetings.

I'm trying to build threadscope [1]. Except for ghc6-events, the rest of
the dependencies are already in Debian. However, I tried installing
libghc6-glade-dev, and got

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  libghc6-glade-dev: Depends: libghc6-gtk-dev-0.11.0-bba44 which is a
virtual package.

I have libgh6-gtk-dev installed, but

Provides: libghc6-gtk-dev-0.11.0-4e1ab

Should I file a bug?
