As they are needed for Darcs 2.3, I have had a go at packaging
hashed-storage and its dependency, mmap.

These close, respectively, the ITPs #532154 and #532266.

If people who are paying more attention and are more awake would list
the steps I've missed (e.g. I probably haven't set Maintainer to this
group yet), that'd be groovy.

I didn't know about Marco's work on mmap packaging, so my effort on mmap
is totally independent and probably can just be thrown away.
