haskell-filepath and hlibrary.mk

Hi,

the package haskell-filepath FTBFS, and I have problems getting it
working with hlibrary.mk:

It contains a package haskell-filepath-doc, which is a dummy package
that Depends on libghc6-filepath-doc. But hlibrary.mk of course tries to
build and install documentation for it, and I could not figure out a
suitable way of preventing that. Any ideas? Should hlibrary.mk detect
dummy packages? Should it be possible to disable building a doc package?
Or how about introducing a DEB_HADDOCK_PACKAGE variable that defaults to
libghc6-$(CABAL_PACKAGE)-doc and can be overriden in debian/rules?

Greetings,
Joachim
