Once, get the tools repository
$ darcs get alioth.debian.org:/darcs/pkg-haskell/tools
Now, get the source 
$ ./tools/pkg-haskell-checkout langauge-c
Build as usual
$ cd language-c-1.2.3/
$ debuild -k.. -i -I
$ debrelease
Tag and push the tag
$ cd debian/
$ darcs tag $(dpkg-parsechangelog -lchangelog |grep-dctrl -n -s Version .)
$ darcs push -a
