Change of mind: To better see the non-package-repositories on
http://darcs.debian.org/cgi-bin/darcsweb.cgi, I named that repository
tools and the haskell-policy repository policy, i.e.

darcs get alioth.debian.org:/darcs/pkg-haskell/tools
darcs get alioth.debian.org:/darcs/pkg-haskell/policy

The packages are easily spotted by having the “haskell-”-prefix, at
least most of them.

Greetings,
Joachim
