hamradiomenus package, suggest removal

Hi,

The hamradiomenus package currently in the archives is a transitional dummy
package. The replacement package is extra-xdg-menus which has been in Debian
since oldstable.

The package has no reverse dependencies. Unless anyone objects, I will
request removal of this package from the archives on Friday.
