Re: Debian 13: A last hurrah for GNOME X11 session?

Debian 13 will be shipped with GNOME 47, however GNOME on Wayland is more than ready now. It already addresss many problems that X.org doesn't and only a few minor issues are there that works on X.org but not in wayland.

How is debian going to tackle the possibility of GNOME next release (48 this march) removing the X11 code entirely? There are plans to very soon remove it, I recall 47 by default doesn't ship with a desktop xsession entry. So is debian going to deliberately stick with 47 for debian 13? Because I just don't see the GNOME wayland ready yet and need to keep sticking around with X until then.
