debian-user or forums.debian.net are the places to ask user questions.

Do you reboot between logins?

Do you have alsa-base/alsa-utils installed?

Which audio card do you have?

Which kernel & version do you have?

Do you see any audio related errors in dmesg?

Please repost your question to debian-user or forums.debian.net,
including the answers to the questions above.
