I have both "Suspend" and "Hibernate" on a laptop and none of them on my
desktop machine. IMHO depending on power management is just plain wrong:
it is perfectly OK to hibernate a desktop machine that does not have any
sane kind of power management. "Suspend" is a different kind of animal of
course since it does need HW/FW support.
