evolution-webcal not in Sarge for i386

I think this is the first time is see such weirdness...

The package evolution-webcal is present in Stable for the following
architectures:
alpha amd64 arm hppa ia64 m68k mips mipsel powerpc s390

And i386 is not one of them. Is there any reason to this?
