Thanks, Enver. There *was* a comment line in the file and I deleted it,
but the problem persists. With CAMEL_DEBUG=all it seems to hang
somewhere in the vicinity of this line:
Get folder info(0x82e7ba8:imap://michaelh@192.168.1.8/, '<null>') =
< 10005 >
...but still I'm never prompted for the password.
