This mainly directed at Christian: *If* having an unstable libvte4 version
is the reason that gnome-terminal is almost completely unusable on my
desktop and laptop systems, going into flat spins and failing to redraw
correctly, with the occasional crash that takes down all of my terminals,
then I'd like to politely suggest you revert this to a stable upstream
version along with anything else you have compulsively upgraded AGAINST
UPSTREAM'S RECOMMENDATION, and for the love of god PLEASE STOP UPLOADING
GNOME2 DEVELOPMENT STUFF TO UNSTABLE [1]. I HATE XTERM.

Kindest Regards,
Rob

[1]: And don't try some kind of "bugs fixed" argument. Backport specific
patches to fix specific bugs if you'd like to, don't switch all of
Debian's GNOME2 users to versions of software which are broken and
clearly labelled as such.
