Change shortcuts in galeon 1.3?

Hey,

I assume galeon 1.3 uses gtk2, gnome2 library.  Is it possible to change
shortcuts in gnome2 app?  It used to be so easy to change.  

I miss the "VI" key mode too.  I'm thinking of downgrading it back to
1.2 or just use mozilla1.3, sigh.

Any idea?
