Hi, I also have a probleme with rhythmbox... As a normal user, rhythmbox starts but won't play. As root, rhythmbox runs perfect. I think this is not a gstreamer problem because the gst-mediaplayer play's ogg's and mp3's (if start it as a normal user). Is this a known problem? What can I do? Gernot
