I did a apt-get -t experimental dist-upgrade yesterday (powerpc), and my
menu items that got lost about a week ago havn't still returned.
Ok. This is the output of my /etc/gnome-vfs-2.0/vfolders
applications-all-users.vfolder-info server-settings.vfo
applications.vfolder-info-default start-here.vfolder-
favorites.vfolder-info system-settings.vfo
preferences-all-users.vfolder-info
