On my machine, this file doesn't even exist. I've got:

applications-all-users.vfolder-info  server-settings.vfolder-info
applications.vfolder-info-default    start-here.vfolder-info
favorites.vfolder-info               system-settings.vfolder-info
preferences-all-users.vfolder-info

I tried moving applications* away to somewhere... I restarted gnome (ie
logout, login), and it still didn't work. I thought maybe because it's a
gnomevfs problems, a killall -9 gnome-panel wouldn't really restart the
menu's properly...

Ah. Only on the x86. I only had 2.0.7 until yesterday, I had to compile
my own... how come powerpc is lagging behind with the packages at the
moment?
