On reading the report, I'm realising that perhaps this kind of expression is
a habit of yours. I don't know.
For a better response you need to provide help and insight, rather than
being critical. Working within the community means being nice, and thinking
about people's feelings as well as the technology. If you don't provide
incentive, only criticism, people will not react positively. People put
their hearts and time into this stuff - they don't have to be nice back to
you if you're not going to show them a bit of respect.
