I've updated the following packages:
  - orbit
  - imlib
  - gnome-libs
  - dpkg
  - gnome-utils
  - enlightenment
  - eterm (NEW)
  - dia (NEW)
  - bluefish (NEW)

They should fix most (all?) of the problems reported.
