Yes, I can lead that with my experience and things I learnt from
updaing both golang-google-api and golang-google-cloud packages to
more recent versions.
I have submitted a talk in mini DebConf Hamburg. And also submitted a
workshop during DebConf.
Hopefully during the workshop in DebConf. We can hands on together in
the challenge to solving build-deps cyrcles in real packages as a
practice and map out a standardized workflow for Debian Go Team to
handle circular Go build-dependency in the Debian.

I think the stuff you put there are too much and not really related to
what we need for breaking the circular Go build-dependency in the
Debian.
