Remove myself as uploaders from go lib packages

Hi,

I am listed as an uploader on many go libraries. I have lost in interest in many of
the target packages that these library packages were originally packaged for.

Hence, I will be removing myself from uploaders in several of them over time.
I'll maintain just a few of them but if you feel like, just take any of them over.

In some of them I am mentioned as the only uploader and hence these are left without any
other uploader. I'm thus flagging them via BTS, like I've done for #1119075 and #1119073.

I still have interest in the end-user apps/programs that I maintain in go-team and
will continue maintaining them as usual.
