This is a go interpreter itself and it needs to have its own stdlib in-line/updated
with go compiler versions, and that does not happen due to slow moving upstream.
Disabling the tests does not serve any purpose here, other than to build a
package which is partially broken.

So I think it comes in the category of "hard to keep it 'usable' in even unstable".
