joining go-team to package headscale

Hi all,

I'm interested in packaging <https://github.com/juanfont/headscale/> and 
its dependencies.  (I have not yet opened any ITP bugs.)  I have 
requested access to the go-team salsa group (username rhansen); is there 
anything I need to do before being approved?
