Re: Coordinating uploads of golang-github-cilium-ebpf 0.17 and runc 1.3

All those packages have been built successfully. I have also updated to the latest version of podman plus the whole stack,
as the newer runc was breaking compilation. I believe we should be all set for having those packages
migrate to testing in a few days. Of course, surprises are always possible. Please don't hesitate to reach
out to me, either email or IRC/Matrix.

Hi maintainers of runc in Debian,

[apologies for the duplicate mail, I mispelled the email of our mailing list in
the first attempt yesterday].

I've prepared new upstream versions of golang-github-cilium-ebpf 0.17 and runc
1.3 in experimental. I believe the packages are ready for unstable.

I've run a ratt check on the new golang-github-cilium-ebpf package which tested
a total of 66 packages. Out of those, 7 fail, and as far as I can tell, all of
them would be addressed by also upgrading to runc 1.3 (with some minor changes)

As such, I plan to upload both golang-github-cilium-ebpf as well as runc to
unstable later this week.

Please let me know if you have concerns so that we can discuss them.
