Please don't set the maintainer to the mailing list address. It should
be "Debian Go Packaging Team <team+pkg-go@tracker.debian.org>".
Additionally, the Salsa repo has the wrong default branch ("upstream"),
and the "master" branch should be renamed to "debian/sid" or similar to
match team workflow.
There's no point in a golang-github-apptainer-apptainer-dev package
since nothing imports apptainer code except apptainer itself.
