Thanks for the pointer! Incidentally, Pollo is reviewing both
https://salsa.debian.org/lintian/lintian/-/merge_requests/456 and
https://salsa.debian.org/lintian/lintian-ssg/-/merge_requests/2

There is also https://bugs.debian.org/947630 ("lintian still gives E:
statically-linked-binary for golang project's binary") with no updates
since 2020, maybe it can be closed together with this.
