I ran autopkgtest hand.
Command: $ sudo autopkgtest -B ../golang-gopkg-rethinkdb-rethinkdb-go.v6-dev_6.2.1-1_all.deb  -- schroot <schroot-name>

For autopkgtest "how-to's" you can check the docs in the package docs itself: /usr/share/doc/autopkgtest/
