Hm, not sure. The code is still hosted on github, but the name should be derived
from the import path right?[1]

Other then most smallstep packages these have a
different naming scheme, see here[2] and here [3]
But if Repo-URL is also fine (or better), I could name them
golang-github-smallstep-{crypto,cli-utils]
If suggest using whatever dh-make-golang -type lib names it for you
