The only code change in golang-github-containers-psgo 1.5.2
seems to be a fix for a build issue affecting podman on mips,
this might be sufficient to fix building podman 3.
After that fixing podman 2 on mips would require cherry-picking commits

All of the above untested, but I can check that if someone does the
trivial golang-github-containers-psgo upgrade.
