[RFS] golang-pault-go-ykpiv

Hi,

golang-pault-go-ykpiv currently FTBFS and has RC bug: #890929 filed against

it since a long time by now.

I've fixed this and it builds in a clean chroot with passing tests.

My changes have been pushed to the team-repo here[1].

Needs review and sponsorship.
